2016 Cartwheel for Favorite Book Cover - Masterminds

"To the boys and girls of Bellingham Public Library, thank you for choosing my cover for the book Masterminds as your favorite!  This was an especially fun cover to work on and I'm so thankful for this recognition.  It means a lot coming from the intended audience, and a group of future authors and artists!  I was so excited when I found out, I couldn't believe how cool it was to win this award!  I grew up visiting my public library all the time.  I love reading and drawing more than just about anything which is why I wanted to do book covers in the first place.  The thought of doing a cover that helps another discover the joy of reading is a dream come true.  Thank you so much!"
